You can request deletion even if you can no longer sign in.

Email us from the address associated with your MasterlineIQ account. Include your name, account email, and organization so we can verify the request without asking for passwords or payment information.

What will be deleted
After verification, MasterlineIQ will remove or de-identify your user profile, authentication identifiers, personal preferences, and personal product-usage history. Access to every organization will be revoked.
Business records owned by an organization—such as work orders, invoices, audit history, communications, or legally required financial records—may be retained under that organization’s instructions or applicable law. Where retained, your account will no longer be able to access them and personal identifiers will be minimized when permitted.
Timing and confirmation
We acknowledge verified requests promptly and ordinarily complete deletion within 30 days. We will confirm when the request is complete or explain any information that must be retained and why.
